The Terror Bass 1000 is louder and has more headroom than the 500 watt Bass Terror. With the same great looks as the other Terror series guitar amps, and a rugged construction that will stand up to the road, bass players can now become a part of the famed 'Tiny Terror club'.
As it has a lot more headroom than its 500-watt sibling, this big brother is ready to roar, rock and rumble. The Orange TB1000H Terror Bass is a hybrid bass amplifier head with a very powerful 1,000-watt transistor power amp and 2 x ECC83 tube preamp. It's the same preamp that is also in the renowned AD200B UK bass amplifier. Just from looking at it it's obvious that the TB1000H is related to the Tiny Terror guitar amplifiers, and thanks to its rugged construction it's a bass amp head that isn't afraid of some on-stage (vintage) rocking! This rugged bass guitar amplifier has a powder coated aluminium housing, fitted with several tone controls and connectors. You can hook it up to an 8 or 4-ohm speaker cabinet, or two 4-ohm cabinets. Additionally, the Orange Terror Bass 1000H features a balanced XLR output to directly send the bass signal to a mixer. Moreover, the Terror Bass also allows you to loop a series of effects in the signal and set the input level to match either a passive or active bass guitar.
