THROW-OFF/STRAINER
Often referred to as a "strainer", or simply a "throw," the throw-off is what activates or deactivates the "sizzle" sound of a snare drum by raising wires up to touch the bottom drum head. Features Click-Lock technology, essentially locking the snare lever and tension adjuster in place wherever you happen to set it. It won't loosen even under the loudest playing.
