Remo Powerstroke Pro Clear Heads are made with a thick 10-mil ply of Mylar film, equipped with a Pressure Dampening Profile that actively pushes a ring of foam into the outer edge of the head, dampening high overtones and boosting low fundamentals.

The Profile is made of several different parts: cross-linked acoustic foam is supplemented with a layer of felt to create a hybrid muffle, while another thin layer of felt separates the Profile itself from the surface of the head.

Clear heads have a strong, clear attack right up front.
